La Maison de mon père
1) Reservation
The reservation is made by email via the website contact form.
The reservation is only confirmed after our written confirmation and payment of any deposit indicated in the confirmation email.
2) Price
The rates are stated in the confirmation email and include all listed charges.
Any mandatory tax imposed by Belgian legislation may be added if applicable.
3) Payment
Payment is made according to the terms specified in the confirmation email.
The reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of the requested payment.
4) Cancellation
Any cancellation must be communicated by email.
The following conditions apply automatically unless otherwise stated in the confirmation email:
• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount due.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
5) Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure times are specified in the confirmation email.
Any significant delay may result in additional charges.
6) House rules
The guest agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the property, the neighbourhood, and the house rules communicated prior to arrival.
Any intentional damage or abnormal use may result in additional charges.
7) Liability
La Maison de mon père is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to the guest’s personal belongings.
Children remain under the sole responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
8) Capacity
The maximum number of guests indicated at the time of booking must be respected.
Any undeclared additional person may result in refusal of access or additional charges.
9) Pets
Pets are only allowed if previously confirmed in writing.
10) Personal data
The data provided at the time of booking is used solely for the management of the reservation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
It is never sold or shared with third parties.
11) Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the Belgian courts of the place where the gîte is located shall have jurisdiction.
